How to import JVC MOD to Windows Movie Maker

Published on by dream-cometure.over-blog.com

Development of Windows Movie Maker was abandoned after the release of Windows Vista; its replacement, Windows Live Movie Maker, is included with Windows Live Essentials, a free download from Windows Live; that does not have the same features as Windows Movie Maker.

It contains features such as effects, transitions, titles/credits, audio track, timeline narration, and Auto Movie. New effects and transitions can be made and existing ones can be modified using XML code.

So it is becoming one of the most important editing tools on Mac. However, many people don’t know how to import the most popular MP4 files to Windows Movie Maker (WMM) for editing as below.

Q1: How can I get the codec to import mp4 into Windows Movie Maker?

So I just received the ultra flip hd camera. The videos off of it are MP4 format, which will not import into windows movie maker. Movie maker says it doesn't support that "codec". How do i solve this problem??

Q2: How can I convert this mp4 file so I can edit with windows movie maker?

I downloaded a video as an .mp4 file. Windows Movie Maker didn't recognize it, so I tried to use the program mp4cam2avi to convert it into an .avi file, however this only made a file of the audio with no video, which is completely useless to me. I just want to be able to get this mp4 into a format that I can edit with Movie Maker. Help, please?

For resolving these problems, I search a tool--- MP4 to Windows Movie Maker Converter in the website. This Windows Movie Maker converter can help you convert MP4 videos to Window Movie Maker (WMM) supported AVI, WMV, ASF, MPG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2), WMA, WAV, and .MP3. Then you can import MP4 files to WMM (Windows Movie Maker). I hope it is helpful for us.
